By accessing our website, mobile application, or booking pest control services through Systha Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Services
- Systha Tech acts solely as a service facilitator and technology platform.
- Pest control services are performed by independent third-party vendors.
- Systha Tech does not directly provide pest control services.
3. Vendor Responsibility & Compliance
All vendors accessible through Systha Tech are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid licenses, permits, and insurance
- Using government-approved chemicals and pest control methods
- Following environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Ensuring trained and qualified personnel perform services
Systha Tech does not supervise, control, or guarantee vendor service quality or outcomes.
4. Booking & Payments
- Services may be booked through the Systha Tech platform.
- Payments may be processed by Systha Tech or directly by vendors.
- Pricing may vary based on pest type, location, and infestation severity.
- Final pricing may change after on-site inspection.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
- Vendors may reschedule due to safety, weather, or unforeseen issues.
6. Service Limitations & No Guarantee
- Results depend on infestation level, environment, and customer cooperation.
- No guarantee of complete pest elimination unless stated in writing.
- Follow-up treatments may be required at additional cost.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property and pest information
- Follow all pre- and post-service instructions
- Secure pets, children, and belongings
- Provide safe access to the service location
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Systha Tech is not liable for services performed by third-party vendors.
- Service-related disputes must be resolved directly with vendors.
- Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Health & Safety Notice
Pest control services may involve chemical treatments. Customers must disclose allergies, medical conditions, pets, infants, or sensitive environments prior to service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Systha Tech and may not be used without written permission.
11. Privacy Policy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and protected.
12. Termination of Access
